HabitChoice is an independent online health coaching service in New Zealand. For privacy enquiries, email hello@habitchoice.com.

If you email us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to send. The contact form on this website opens your own email application and does not send data to our website server. Standard hosting infrastructure may record technical access logs, such as IP addresses, browser details and request times.
3. How information is used
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss services, manage communications and meet legal obligations. Do not send sensitive health details through the general contact form.
4. Sharing and storage
Emails and hosting records may be processed by the providers used to operate the website and email service. Provider names, storage locations, retention periods and any overseas disclosures must be verified before this policy is finalised.
5. Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can request access to personal information held about you and ask for corrections. Contact us by email. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
